1.The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Tajikistan Preparedness and Resilience to Disasters Project "and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract COE/TPRDP/G-RFB-01 "Procurement of equipment and simulators for the training center Karatag"
2.The Project Implementation Group of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites submit sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for to for Procurement of equipment and simulators for the training center Karatag".
3.Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016 (edited on November 2020), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4.Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from address indicated in Item 5 and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 Dushanbe time.
5.The bidding document in English can be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below:

6.Bids must be delivered to the address below no later July 10, 2024, 15:00 Dushanbe time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at July 10, 2024 at 15:00 Dushanbe time
7.All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the amount of 20,000.00 US Dollars.
8.Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
